In Winds of Manchuria, a new threat is growing in the northern lands, as the powerful HANA ascends. With brutal strength, savage style - and yet a high intellect - Hana is planning to enter Asia and build an empire that can rival the illegal underground fights of the UNDERGROUND LEAGUE. Her first step is to challenge Jun to try to take her place as fighter of the Yakuza, so she can start to crawl inside of the fighting world of Asia.

Hana will take no mercy and her presence is a threat even to sadistic and powerful fighters like Kira. Winds of Manchuria is a narrative-driven story, with many setpieces and characters. It expands what has been stabilished in the lore of the Underground League while introducing HANA, a new asian fighter girl.
